Enabling custom fields in define selection expression

Hello,

we have just created a custom field under the business context "Group Reporting: Journal Entry Item". We are trying to include it in a selection that will be used in an elimination/reclassification method, but the field is not available in the list of fields of the "Define Selections" app.

Is it possible to enable it somehow?
