Enable Now and Help Menu for Web Dynpro apps

Hello, we're having trouble with Enable Now and linking Help Menu instructions to the transactions of Web DynPro apps.  This is happening because when we set up a link to the help menu in the Enable Now Manager, it ties it against the tcode of the app.  In the case of Web Dynpro apps, the tcode is WDYID.  Not our custom Z tcode.

I've searched online and come up with nothing.  Any help on a resolution would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

From the details above, I think that you are trying to use the SAP GUI Help Extension to distribute your content to end users.  This interface is covered by this documentation.  When I go through the documentation, I can see that it covers SAP GUI and GUI for HTML functionality but there is no mention of Web Dynpro apps.  If this is the interface that you are trying to use, raise a support ticket using the Component ID KM-SEN-MGR and see if the support team has any additional information that they can share about this scenario.

Outside that, it might be necessary to use another mechanism to distribute the content, e.g. SAP Companion for Desktop.
