Empty sales area BP tcode

Hi,

After ECC conversion to S4/HANA, the BP tcode does not appear in the input with the sales area.  I can create and expand to the sales areas, but the selection made is not visible.

Any suggestions or SAP notes for this point?

Hi,

Try rebooting your system and see if that resolves the issue. Alternatively, you could also try changing the theme.

Reboot the complete machine where SAP is installed?

You must choose the given sales area by either pressing the button 'Sales Areas' or 'Switch area'.

Then your sales related data will be visible to you.

Thanks for your response.
I've done this. The sales area has already been selected as you suggested. If you check, the designation of the selected areas appears. There is no field with the ID.
