We need to
transfer employees from company code X to company code Y. The requirement
of the client is that the organization structure remains the same with no
change in Org Units or positions. However, relationships with the new cost
center , plant and new account assignment features are to be created for
existing positions.
So, the issue is as soon as I
create a cost center relationship with the existing position, an entry is
created in T77INT, and the person occupying the position, is flagged for a
predetermined action-Organizational Reassignment. However the action that we need to execute is Transfer.
Can the experts help me with the way around this issue?
