Hi,

We are implementing LOA Employee Inactive and Return to Work.For Inactive employee status is 1. My query is when i make the employee inactive and later if i run any other action like Transfer,Confirmation etc system is taking the data which is actually wrong. Employee should be first made active and then only other actions can be run.

Can i restrict in such a way that after employee is Inactive,the next action should be either Return to work or separation and not any other action. Will MSN20 & MSN21 suffice my requirement.

As far i know you can handle it with feature MSN30 for actions confirmation and Transfer etc maintain Feature MSN30 so that it resolves your problem.

Thanks for the reply. I have same situation for other actions

2 actions,leaving from Host country and Re-entry to Home country. For leaving from Host country i maintained Stat2= 1(Inactive). My query is after leaving from host country i am able to run any actions such as Confirmation, Promotion etc which i actually dont want to. After Leaving from Host country only Re-entry to the home Country should work.

Is it rite to keep Stat2=1 or should it be 0. Please guide me on this.

As i mentioned earlier do not go for modifications keep as usual only thing what you have to do is assign MSN30 for actions confirmation, transfer or etc in table T529A which you do not want to perform after Leaving from host country.

Once you are done with the changes perform any one of the actions which do not want to perform after Leaving from host country and then check it works.
