Employee is not picked up for PT60 (Time Evaluation)

Hi

M new member of SAP community.

I am configured Time management and when i am executing PT60 its shows this can you please help me out with this.

Have you checked the employee's IT0007?

There are a number of items that need to be checked, but I would start with the Time Management Status on IT0007 is not set to 0.

assuming it is not '0' (as per comment from Jeremy Kyle) what is it?

Can you run PT60 in test mode for each of the following schemas and see which one if any processes the employee

TM00
TM01
TM02
TM04

Well thats progress of a sorts.

It might be throwing an error but as per your origonal query PT60 is now picking up your employee!

Those errors are to be expected with time management status = 1 if you have not maintained attendences or time events.

If you set time management status = 9 the employee should process thru TM01.

Time management status is 1

As per your suggestion i tried TM00.TM01,TM02,TM04

While executing PT60 with TM00 & TM04 I get this error

Error entry no. 01 Employee not at work
01.04.2020 Incorrect processing for EE 99990004 kumar PUSHPENDRA.

Can you please suggest me what should i do know.

Check time management status on IT0007 versus the schema you are using in PT60 (positive vs negative time etc) and if appropriate IT0050

Just check Selection parameter like payroll area and dates with IT0001 Matches with PT60
