Employee is not picked up for PT60 (Time Evaluation), Payroll run.

Hi All,

Greetings for the day.

My issues is I have configured all the necessary tables to generate the quota through RPTQTA00 program, also to run Time Evaluation (PT60) along with Basic Pay Infotype configuration.

But when ever I am trying to generate the Quota through RPTQTA00 program, the error says: You have not selected any generation rules.

Along with this I am unable to process my employee in PT60 & Payroll as well.

Please guide me what might be the reasons ?

I have almost check all the tables, and I suspect the above error is related with PT60 & Payroll as well.

Hello Srikanth,

we can see in the screen shot there is no employee is selected for the evaluation, plz see if you have blow in place already:

1. infotype 0000, 0001, 0002, 0007 are created or not? (Mandatory Info-types)

2. see if employee is active on the day you are trying to do time evaluation ( if employee inactive then Time Driver will not select the employee for the evaluation.

3. make sure time Stats Other Than 0, as  you said Time Status 9 is assigned use TM04 Schema.

Thank you for your reply.

As you mentioned (The 3 conditions), All the conditions are met by my employee. Still the problem exists.

The system is not picking the personnel number for RPTQTA, PT60, Payroll Run.

I guess there must be some technical problem.

Have you checked the below steps once ..

1.Define absence type

   001     Group Personnel Subareas for Attendances and Absences     V_001P_D

   002     Define absence type      V_T554S

2.Define absence quota type

   001     Group Employee Subgroups for Time Quotas     V_503_E

   002     Group Personnel Subareas for Time Quotas     V_001P_I

   003     Define absence quota type      V_T556A

   001     Define deduction rule for absence quotas     V_556R_B

3.Define and assign dedution/counting rule

   001     Define deduction rule for absence quotas     V_556R_B

   002     Define counting rule and assign dedution rule to it     T556C

   003     Assign counting rule to a absence type     V_554S_Q

Part Two: Define Generation rule

001     Permit Quota Generation Without Time Evaluation     V_556A_B

002     Specify Rule Groups for Quota Type Selection     Feature QUOMO

003     Set Personnel Subarea Groupings for Time Recording     V_001P_H

004     Base entitlement     V_T559E

005     Validity interval of absence quota type     T559V

006     Deduction interval of absence quota type     V_T559D

007     Define Rules for Reducing Quota Entitlements     T559M

I have maintained all the steps except the below:

I think this is not mandatory, if I am wrong please correct me.

Correct - It's not a mandatory step.

As per your requiremnt , i will give the one example - u have a Quota of 12 days and this is on a day basis that u have accurals check  V_T559L table and tab Accural Entitlement.What if u select for the current yr are u getting the error.

And additionally check the time management status in infotype 0007. it should not be 0 or blank
