Email Quality Certificate to Sold to Party

Hi,

We have a requirement to send Quality Certificate to Sold to Party. As per the process, when the delivery is issued, Quality Certificate (Certificate of Conformity) is generated automatically.

We have created a new Output type and configured the system to send email to sold-to party, unfortunately this part is not worked, i am trying to figure whether this can be done in standard or do we need a custom program to email it.

If any one came across this scenario or any idea to approach this solution, kindly respond.

This is standard functionality.

there is a transmission medium delivered as standard. Transmission medium 7 - Simple mail.

You may need a programmer to modify the output program and form routine to work with your particular mail system.

Hi Craig,

Thanks for your response. We are using Transmission medium 5 - external email and with the help of the abaper we are able to develop the program to send the email.

Issue is solved.
