Email output completed in system but not sent from sap public cloud.

Hi Team,

We have done the setup for customer to receive invoice in output parameter determination and maintained email ID in customer master. Output status is completed at billing document header but its not sent from SAP public cloud system. We have checked in message email transmission app but there is no entry for the email ID.

Please advise how to resolve this

Screen shots would have helped but without it, these are just guesses.

Please check if the email channel was enabled in output parameter determination and if it has been activated. In the manage billing document app, under the output items check if the output is related to the email channel or just IDOC. Also, check to confirm that exclusive indicator is not set on the previous channels in the list.

If the email channel is not showing up then it was not configured right. You can also check the monitor email transmission app to see if the item was created for the output.

If all of these are in place and its still not working, you can raise a ticket to SAP
