Email notification trigger at the time of DMR release or Reject

Hi Team,

In my organization, we are using S4HANA Public Cloud. Business team wants E-mail notification trigger at the time of release or rejection of DMR. Is this feature available in S4HANA Cloud. If so, please help me on this.

I would like to clarify the exact functionality that you are looking for.

Do you want the email to be triggered when releasing the billing proposal in release billing proposals app?

Or do you desire it to be sent later when the DMR is already generated and the creation of the billing document or rejection of the DMR happens?

Hi Edurado,

1. Once we release the billing proposal in release billing proposals App DMR will get generate right. Business wants email to be triggered while releasing the billing proposal in release billing proposals App and in new Manage project Billing Application also.

2. When the DMR is already generated and at the time of rejection of DMR email needs to be triggered.
