Email Inbound scenario with office 365 not working

Dear experts,

greetings!

We have configured a Email inbound scenario in the SAP Solman.

when we are sending emails from outlook office 365 to sap solman ,we are not receiving in the SOIN t code.

to receive emails into sap , what configuration we have to do in the outlook office 365side?

our sap solman is hosted on AWS private cloud and outlook office 365 is also on cloud.

kinldy help us/support  to receive emails to sap solman

455140 - Configuration of e-mail, fax, paging/SMS via SMTP
3378547 - Emails are not received on SOIN

By the way, I think you've selected the wrong tags when creating this thread as your question is more related to the Communication Service (BC-SRV-COM) area. So if above didn't help you to resolve the issue, it might be better to create a new thread with the tags related to Communication Services: Mail, Fax, SMS, Telephony.

Good day!

Thanks for responding.  i have already checked the notes which was provided by you.

the issue is more towards to route the emails from office 365 to SAP SolMan.

our solman is hosted on the private cloud but office 365 mail server is asking for public ip to set route to solman but it is not possible as we are having private ips.

am looking for finding a way to route emails from the office 365(cloud) to solman private cloud.
