Email configuration in S/4Hana Public Cloud for Purchase Order Quotation Email template

I have gone through some blogs, but i am unable to find out, what are the steps need to configure to send S/4Hana Purchase Order Quotation email to receiver email.

We have activated DKIM process also which is for S/4Hana Public Cloud.

Kindly requesting our SAP experts to guide us.

Hi, can you please explain, what you mean by "Quotation"?

Do you mean an email template for "RFQ"?

Hello,

I am not sure whether your query is about EMail output for Purchase Order or Request for Quotation. However just to inform that output type and form/email templates are available for both of them which can be configured via Output Parameter Determination App and different configurations available via SSCUIs in CBC.

Please follow the scope 1LQ as reference for that, kindly refer to the Set-up Instructions provided as an accelerator.
