Electronic invoice for Italy - Number Range

Hi all,

we need to maintain number range for E-Document, in order to guarantee the progressive numbering for electronic invoices.

As far as I know it should be maintained by SNRO transaction with related object type for E-document.

Also in SAP Help Portal https://help.sap.com/viewer/09c36892861e46daa7d62b41ecf1816f/6.16.12/en-US/d0d355546c0f914ce10000000...

I see the configuration should be done in this way. Unfortunately i do not see corresponding configuration task in S4HC 1911.

Is there anyone facing same issue? Is it done by Expert Configuration?

ECC help page is not useful here since it doesn't provide any details on the config apps used in S4HC

the maintenance of number ranges should be included in the configuration 500280 Official Document Numbering step 103330 Maintain Number Ranges.

If you set a filter with "Official Document Numbering" in the SSCUI accelerator here https://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/Sol_Pack/Library/General/S4CLD1911_SSCUI_List_EN_XX.xlsm

you will find all the steps listed with the corresponding SSCUI apps available depending on the country required.

Hi Diana,

thanks for your reply, i see in SCCUi there is SSCUI 103330 Maintain Number Ranges for country Italy, but in my system I do not see any related step.

In Application Platform and Infrastructure, in sub appl Legal Compliance there is only 101860 ID (assign document type to billing types) and no reference to number range maintenance.

Are you able to find it? Do I have to open an incident to SAP maybe?

Hi Martina,

103330 is not listed under a particular scope item so I don't know what exactly is missing in the system so that you see the app.

Please open an incident for the support teams to check what is the problem or what needs to be done to get all the missing apps in your case.

did you find a way to manage the number range for eDocument in Italy? As far as I can see SSCUI 103330 is for number range of document types and not for eDocument.
