Electronic bank statement processing failed

Hello everyone

I'm trying to import a bank statement using a template in SAP FIORI, but when I upload the file, it shows the message: "Could not import file: BANK_STATEMENT.xlsx"
Reason: System error accessing Knowledge Provider. The odd thing is that the quality setting does allow me, and I've checked the role settings, and they're the same.

Is this due to some additional configuration?

One of my colleagues just suggested that you should open an incident/ticket because that seems to be a system error, unfortunately.

I'm not sure if I can help you. But have you had a look at the help content here? --> How to Upload Bank Statements with a Spreadsheet File

There are some notes and restrictions mentioned in the help content there. Perhaps, if you did not know about them, that is what went wrong?

I'll also forward yoru question to some colleagues. Perhaps, one of them has a solution.
