Dear experts,
we are currently working on a ECC 6.0 and I would like to know, if it is possible in SAP standard to implement plausiblity checks for the upload of the EBS. e.g.:
- is a warning/error possible, if the same bank statement no. for the bank account is already existing in the system? Currently, the system just skips the upload for the statement without warning.
- is a error/warning possible, if the statements are not uploaded in consecuitve sequence. If statement no. 50 is missing in the system, a warning should be displayed, if the next statement no. 51 is uploaded
- is a check possible, if the opening balance of the uploaded statement doesn´t match the ending balance of the previous statement? For this check there is already the system message FB772 available. Is it enough to simply activate the message in table T100S or is there further configuration necessary?
- are there other possible checks to help with data quality?
many thanks in advance,
Hedwig
