I tried to release purchase order using two different methods,
1) ME29N tcode- here after release is complete ekko-procstat value changes from 03 to 05.
2) BAPI_PO_RELEASE - here after release is complete ekko-procstat value is not changing to 05 (release completed), it's still in 03(in release),
Please help why this difference in behavior even though both transactions perform the release of PO.
