I have checked these note but I believe these are not applicable to Professional Services Public Cloud. Please reconfirm if i am missing something.

Hello Abhinav,

e-Invoicing for India is a document compliance requirement from the Government and this would not be different for a professional services company to my knowledge. You can refer to following hyperlink on SAP Help for more information on the setup instructions.

Thanks for the link. I was also referring the same link but i do not find it very much informative.

However, Thanks for the help and marking your answer as the best answer because this link is the only available information so far on this topic for HANA Cloud.
