ECM - classification change report

Greetings,

I was wondering if anyone can properly interpret change number report for classification changes:

1. I am struggling to understand under which conditions the X is displayed in "deletion indicator" column. This column makes it easier to understand the old and new value of characteristic but it is not always displayed
2. My material is classified with two different classes with different characteristics but from the report below it seems that I have two different classes that have the same characteristics - again, I am probably interpreting this report wrong.
