ECC values and S4 values

Hello ,

During a conversion , i'll need to migrate different suppliers/customers to S4 by using the migration cockpit.

I'm wondering if there's any way to see the link between ECC ( suppliers/customers ) numbers and the new ones migrated on S4 ( Vendors/customers) ? ( As a table or a report not on mapping task)

What is your suggestion ?

Best regards,

Hello Soulaymane,

please check in migration cockpit - in the migration object instance list - the button Migration Results. Here you find the "old" values and the "new" values. Use the wheel to adapt the layout on the screen (choose only fields you are interested in). Use Download All to get this in an excel sheet.

best regards

Hi,

As part of the transformation of your data I will recommend that you put the old customer or supplier number into field BUT000-BPEXT. Often it is also a requirement from the business that they can find the old number in the new system.

Maybe you can also use some of the migration cockpit related tables to extract your mappings from there.

Try table BUT0ID where Business Partner Identification Numbers are stored

Hello Soulaymane,

no - there is no table you can check.

but having an excel provides the same content I believe.
