Hi Experts,
There is an option to manually assign the alerts to the Payroll Admins (Created in the Teams)
Is it possible to automatically assign the Alerts based on criteria let us say PERSA or PERSK ?
For instance,
If PERSA - XYZ, then it should get assigned to Team Member 1
If PERSA- ABC, then it should get assigned to Team member 2.
Kindly advice if this automatic assignment of Alerts is possible in the EC Payroll Control centre.
