EBS STATMENT UPLOAD FAILED - Account statement not updated

Hi All ,

While uploading the EBS BAI File , we are getting an error as below

While we made all the necessary configs

a) Posting Rules , b) Assign Ext transaction types ( 469 & 495) to Posting rules

c) Assign Bank accounts to transaction types

d) Search keys maintained to get the payment document number via payment notes

"Account statement not updated"

"While importing electronic bank statement, the system determ that not all external transactions (business transaction cod text keys, or posting texts) were in table T028G. Enter the transactions in table T028G. Afterwards, start the processing again. To ensure that the processing of the bank statement does not terminate, you can define in Customizing activity 'Make Global Settings for Electronic Bank Statement' the external transaction UNALLOCATED Following entries missing in table T028G":

This message typically arises if you have a missing configuration in OT51 and OT58. You need to check your configuration. If you still have an issue and you are absolutely sure that the configuration is in place, I would suggest to raise a ticket with Product Support in that case.

Thanks Sanil . The issue is with the BAI file format. When we used the right format the issue is solved now
