E-Signature Allowed for one Inspection Type but not another

I have an issue where I can successfully apply an E-Signature to a Usage Decision for Inspection Lots created with 01, 08, and 09 Inspection Type for a given material.  However, for the same material, same plant, the system gives me the error message 'Maintain the signature method for the signature object' whenever I attempt for a lot with the 89 Inspection Type.

It's my understanding that E-sig should apply evenly regardless of Inspection Type. So I'm a little stumped why it's working for everything except the 89 Inspection Type.

We are not using the standard 00022 QM Authorization value.
