Hi,
Can anyone help me with the configuration of E Separtation.
I couldnt find any config related document yet.
What i understood from the documentaion is,
Employee Initiates the Request which will flow to Manager.
Manager shall assign a counsellor.
Councellor performs his activity and sends the request back to manager for approval.
Manager approves.
The request flow to HR. HR In turn assigns the Task owners.
Once all the tasks are completed, HR Will Perform Exit interview
After completion of each step we need to run the Report HINUEATP. Please correct me if im wrong.
I somehow managed to cross the first level if Initation of Separation request. Employee sucessfully raised the request.
But when i have executed the report, the "E - Error" column is marked as X and the 3 available work item fields are blank. The request status is changing from "Initiated" to "In Process", But nothing is happening beyond this point.
No trace in SWIA.
Added, I had maintained Table V_T77WWW_EAALC the following way.
Level Role WFtemplate
1 Reporting Manager WS77900165
2 Counsellor WS77900166
3 HR Person WS77900169
4 Task Owner WS77900164

Dear All,
This is regarding the Remind functionality to due clearance agent. Whenever I click on the "Remind" link the system sends a mail to request initiator. We have maintained the entry in table T77WWW_EASML with To receivers Actor and CC Receivers initiator. Still no mail is getting sent to Due clearance agent.
Please suggest.

Dear Pranitha,
Employee Initiated Reuest-Reporting Manager and HR Persone(Reporting Manager/HR assigne to Counsellor)-Conselling (after counselling is done)-Reporting Manager (Approve)-Dues Clearance-Exit Interview.
This process is standard.
You can bypass any stage (As per your requirment).
Kindly activate all work flow related to e separation.

Hello all,
I am wrking on e separation. Is there any way were the manager can withdraw the request in E separation . Because in e separation we dont have the reject radio button unlike Approve and forward .
In my scenario my client wants the manager to reject the request . So in e separation we dont have a radio button called Reject . Then the only option will be Withdrawing the request . So how can the manager withdraw the request in e separation ?
Please help where the config should be done ...

I could see the Adobe form can only be saved on to the desktop but the data CANNOT be tranferred online.
So, Im filling the form, saving it on the desktop and uploading it and making it visible to HR, So that HR can see the Filled form.
Im still looking for an option to pass the filled form online.!
If someone has info on this, please share with us.

I have maintain approval configuration for two role as below:
when i login to system admin and execute applicaaiton HR_EA_A_OVERVIEW_AD then only i am getting option to assign approval but when i assign approval group then we have option of assigning Approval Role and we can select one out of 5 role (it should be two as configured) as shown below so can u please let me know what is the purpose of mapping approval role and approvaer group and there should be one more role as approval . I really not able to understand the behaviour of E-separation . Plz help .

Can you please guide me on Basis mail Configuration in E-Separation.
We are struck in Exit-Interview stage, Employee is able to fill Exit-interview form and he is submitting it.
While submitting "To address" of the mail is taken as the common mail id which we have configured in SO50.Even am able to see that mail in employees outlook sent mails.But even then Exit -Interview stage status is appearing as "In Process".
Kindly Guide me how to rectify this.
At what state Infotype 0000 (Actions) will be updated with pre-seperation and Seperation records.
Is this automated or HR has to do manually?

I am newly configuring E-Separation , I am facing problem in step maintain mailing configuration , how to use Stage and status and is there any standard mail content document if yes then please let me know which are related to E-separation from drop down list else let me know how to make it custom and also how to use attachement function module for attaching any form .
how this Exit Interview form will be mail i.e from Employee to HR or HR to Employee and how it will save in the system .
We dont use pre-separation then after Exit-Interview , will system be able to run Separation action automatically or HR has to take separation action manually ?

when u click on desktop mail the form doesnt get updated in cluster. so u need to select the internet mailing option for the exit interview process.

After making the task as General, the workflow triggered. Now, next problem is counsellor.
As per the documentation, its mentioned that after employee initiated, the Manager from his work item can assign a counsellor. Post assignement, when i log in from counsellor ID, i should be able to see the counsellor screen. But this is not happening.
When i initiate the request, the workflow is moving to Manager (in E Separation Approval link)but i cannot see any screen field to assign a counsellor.
Where do i assign the counsellor??

Hi All,
I ve got 3 other services activated for E Separation - Reporting Manager, Administrator and HR Person. Finally, i could find the screen for assigning counsellor.
Now im through with the approval & Counselling part.
Nextly, i need to get the exit interview process and then updating the separation action in the R/3 system. Its a wild guess for me that we should be using the Program HINUEATP for final update of separation action, but im not sure.
And exit interview, how and where can i see the form? The standard form given by SAP , "INEA_FEI_S" is already assigned to the feature 99ACS.
How do i set up the exit interview process and update the separation in R/3?

Hi Shankar,
Even im struggling for proper documentation. Im in a mode where im doing trail and error scenarios.
Documentation from the test case against the business function is clear to explain the process. but so far i couldnt find any technical or configuration document.
As first step i suggest u maintain all the entries right from basic setting to maintain feature from the IMG node. Field configuration can be ignored for time being bcoz thats for custom fields if need to be showcased on portal.
Let me know where ever u get struck.

To see the Manager & HR initiation screen, i had got 3 more services activated and added to lauchpad
1. HR_EA_A_OVERVIEW_HR - For HR Initiation
2. HR_EA_A_OVERVIEW_RM - For Manager initiation and counsellor assignment
3. HR_EA_A_OVERVIEW_AD - For administrator (I didnt use this so far)
From these links, there is an option to create "New" request from view "My Employee separation requests "

Hi Lokesh..Thanks for directing me. I maintained this table earlier with the standard form..but didnt specify the FM. Now its fine.
This im able to generate well for employee "EE" but for HR, how and where do i specify this? Noticed that there is FM for HR aswell.but when im trying to maintain entry in this table, it says With same status and stage i cannot have two entries.
But i need this form to be available for HR and EE both..What do i do?

I changed the feature 99ACS subtype value 005 to YN..but somehow, the exit interview form not showing in Employee's request also.
Will recheck once again.
One more question. How and when does the separation data flow to R/3 IT0000 screen? My process status is alway in "In Process" Status. Should this status be changed and how do i do that.
Please suggest.

Hi Pranitha,
In E-seperation, employee is able to Initiate Seperation request successfully but after which workflow is not getting triggered.
All workflow WS779000164,WS779000165,WS779000166 and WS779000169 are activated in T-code SWDD.
You have mentioned that after making task as general, workflow got triggered.
you mean to say task of workflow WS779000164,WS779000165,WS779000166 and WS779000169 need to make as general? but these are standard workflows,is it ok to change them.

hi,
When you are running the report please make sure that your Portal is logged off from that particular login and even make sure your pa30,pa20 is closed. Even any of the one is opened and when you execute the report from initial stage to in process it will be changed . But the employee will be locked . So please make sure u do this pre requisites and try .
same problem i was facing . but do this this will be solved . make sure work flow is active also through SWDD
