Duplicate Multiple Rows in SAP B1

Quick question. In SAP B1 v10, can multiple rows be duplicated at the same time or does it have to be done individually?

Hi Brassy,

as far as I know, it isnt working.

But perhaps the excel copy/paste option is something for you.

Go to a form/document and copy the lines by "copy table". Prepare an excel sheet as only text (to avoid formatting errors) and paste.

Here you can modify the list as you know in excel.

Then copy the whole list again an insert in the document lines. you will be asked if there is any header-information. Say yes and let the magic happen.

The minimum requirement is itemcode and quantiy

Hi Brassy,

I haven't checked all the forms in SAP Business One however I do not see any possibility to do it.

Sales Order, Timesheet, Journal Entry etc. do not give an option to select multiple lines.

Production Order allows to select multiple lines however you will not get an option for duplicate.

I feel that you will have to do it individually.
