Duplicate Monthly requirement periods in MD62 transaction

Hello.

I have problem with planned independent requirements in transaction MD62.

Some periods are duplicated - example 10/2011 appears twice ie., there are two columns for 10/2011. One column is empty.

How to eliminate (delete) this empty column?

I know that I can set "Period total" parameter but where does an empty column comes?

Regards.

Bogdan

Dear

Please check the following :

1.If you have two differente versions of demand planning , then there will be two column .One may be in-active version 01 and another active version as 00 .

2.While carrying out of MD61 txs , did you by chance hit the Refernce ( Top Left corner -Reference symbol) button then it will copy the material which is having PIR and copied into the material which u have enterred in MD61 screen to create the PIR demand .

3.Did you maintain any Refernce in the User Parametrs field like Copy from Material Inrmation -9 or Copy Forecast .I hope this may the issue .Check your User Parametrs and revert back

re-checdk User parameters specfifically

However , you can do the Reorganization of your PIR with MD74/MD75/MD76

Hello.

1. On the selection screen of MD62 we use ony 00 wersion. So it should not be column for inactive versions.

2. We create planned independent requirements using MD62. On the selection screen we use following parameters:

Req. plan number

Plant

Requirements type = VSF

Selected version = 00

Planning period = M

Using planning table (where we have all products) we get data from menu Edit -> Copy requirements -> Sales plan -> Total sales.

In Reqmts parameters field Reference is empty.

3. Reorganization on my PIR with MD74 - MD76 not give positive results. Maybe I do something wrong.
