Duplicate material output in maintenance order

Hi Guys!!

I have a problem...

We have detected two material outputs that refer to the same reservation. The reservation comes from a maintenance order. When reviewing the order, we find that there is only one requirement in position 16 for material outputs.

Reviewing the movement of materials we can see the double output:

But when you see the details of the game it only shows the delivery of 2 Focuses:

In the costes section it shows the deviation of the double output:

The good moviments were made by the same person with a difference of 15 minutes:

An attempt was made to replicate the incident, but it was not possible, since the system does not allow the release of more material than indicated in the order and therefore in the reserve.

Does anyone have any idea what could have happened?
