I would like to stop the dunning process once it has reached the last level. I have defined 3 dunning levels in a Public Cloud SAP system.
Let me explain this based on an example:
Step 1: Let’s assume customer 4711 has three open items that have already reached the last dunning level (Level 3).
Step 2: When I attempt to run a new dunning process, nothing is dunned, which is expected and correct.
Step 3: Now, when a new open item is posted for customer 4711, I run the dunning process again.
Step 4: My expectation is that only the new open item for customer 4711 should be included in the dunning process, and the previous open items (which are already at Level 3) should not be dunned again.
I have changed and tried many configuration. Can anyone of you please support how to make this possible?
Thanks!
