I am trying to restrict BP change details to be sent to 3rd party system. I checked the configs in DRFIMG. With Outbound Implementation 986_3, how to figure out whether its a creation or change.
The receiving system should have this logic to identify whether its creation or change. The way it can be identified in your system by establishing some sort of key mapping where you store the 3rd party system BP details in your MDG system.
