DP80 Quotation price not copied to DP90 Debit Memo Request - SAP CS Service Order

Hello,

I created a Service Order in CS module with a planned and actual cost of 140. Now I create a Quote via DP80 transaction and add discount 10%, so the new value will be 130. Lastly when I create the Debit memo request with reference to service order via DP90, the price is 140(which is coming from service order).

My query is that I want the revised Quotation price after discount (130) to be updated in Debit memo request, not the service order actual cost which was 140.

Kindly assist.

Regards,
Basil

Hi basilarif,

The amount in the Debit Memo Request will take over the actual cost in the reference service order. If the actual cost in the service order is 140, then it is that. The amount in the quotation is only taken over, when actual cost resulted from the quotation is booked against the service order. It is not supported to take over the amount from the quotation directly to the Debit Memo Request.

Warm regards,

Dequan
