We are having a problem in both ESS and MSS where if the user tries to download any report to a local file the system just hangs. We are able to download the same report if we are in R/3. Any Ideas? Is there a setting in config or Portal content that controls this?

Can you let us know your support package levels? Also you right click and then export it to Excel?
Something to do with packages and xcel levels as well.
