Double postings in settlement account posting

Hi. 

I have created a volume based agreement, which contains a scale. Then, i have create a PO that satisfies the first step of the scale. The provision works fine, but, when i run the settlement, i have two same entries created in my account. 

I am attaching screenshots of all  customising.
