don't open automatically the excel file during download in SAP

Hi Gurus,

Below the steps I am following

1) run the transaction FBL3N

2) After the extraction I use the following path List-Export-Spreadsheet.

3) I select the path to download the file on PC and click on save

4) Sap automatically open the excel file.

I want to avoid the step 4 automatic open of excel file after the download.

Is there any setting to avoid this?

Hi,

If you want to save the file, you could use the menu option List-Export-Local file

The Spreadsheel option always open the file, is a visualization option.
