DOI: Excel - AddIn Ribbon not visible

Hello,

we are using SAP Office Excel integration (with macros) in DOI since years over various versions of excel.
But now, when switching to Office2016PRO, we dicovered an issue with the excel addIn ribbon bar where we place two buttons by macro programming.

- when macros where enabled by an included code signing certificate, the add in ribbon bar is not visible!

- when macros where enabled over the excel security message, the add in ribbon is visible!

Because we are in need of using a certificate, It would be nice if some one does have hints how we can make this work again.
