Does SAP has actual shipping completion date?

Hi all,

I have a question about Order to cash process of SAP. I know SAP has delivery schedule but does it has actual delivery date to know how many delivey is early, on-time or too late. Please let me know if SAP has column.

Hello,

Every Delivery Document has a Planned and Actual Delivery Dates.

Unless it is set in Customizing of Delivery Document to reset the Planned Delivery Date, the Planned Delivery is what was planned by ATP and Actual Delivery Date is the actual Date when PGI was carried out.

Actual Delivery date is available in LIKP-WADAT_IST.

Thanks for your answer, but my point is different. (Sorry for my question is inclear.)

If possible I would like to know the actual day when the item is arrived to one customer. Does SAP have it?

On header level there is a tab 'Dates'; you can configure an event for arrival at customer and record the related dates here. (table TSEGE).
