Our business uses multiple product versions. Listings & Exclusions master data is created at the product version level.
Example: Product A can be substituted by Product B or Product C for Customer-One but can only be substituted by Product B for Customer-Two.
Does ABC respect Listings & Exclusions when substituting products?

Hi hgrover2,
Yes, this should be possible. You can assign different ABC groups and assign the customers to different groups - so that they have different possible substitution products.
Please find attached a screenshot of the setting I mean.
You do not need exclusions in this case, but you could also define special exclusions (assigned via ABC groups as well) for different customer (groups). Make sure that you have enabled the determination of the correct ABC group. and my FAQ KBA https://me.sap.com/notes/2776851 in case of issues or detailed questions.
Hope this helps.
