Dear Members

I am trying to get document posted for Post Closing of CKMLCPAVR;

I am able to see the document numbers in CKMLAVRDOC;

The number Range status in OMX4 correctly shows the status against document type CC;

However, I am not able to get the details from T-Code CKMS;

Please help;

Regards

Satya

Hi Satya,

the documents contained in CKMLAVRDOC are financial documents that can be shown with FB03, not ML documents which come up in CKMS.

You can also display them from CKM3 for a material contained in the AVR run.

Hi Udo,

Thanks; your reply helps in clearing some doubts that I could not ask earlier; by your reply I was able to link the FI Document and CKM3N;

Current situation is like this:

1. We are not updating the Leading Ledger in CKMLCPAVR;

2. For Closing the System is using Doc Type ML;

3. The Closing Doc is in Non Leading Ledger posted with Doc Type ML;

4. The Link between the Closing Doc Num in CKM3N and NL appears to be BKPF-AWKEY; With this link, I am able to get the All the FI document numbers in Non Leading Ledger;

5. OMX4 shows that last number against Element CC & RE which is well above the intial number;

6. In CKMS, I am able to get Docs for Elements UP, PC, RC, ST, MS

I request for help for following questions

1. In CKMS, I am not able to get the documents of Elem CC & RE; Where in System are the documents posted against ML Element CC & RE?

2. I assume that OMX4 Elements need not be document type in FI; is this correct?

3. Where the the link between ML Transaction Type and OMX4 Elements? How to add new elements for ML transaction Type; SAP Note 122391 does not describe how to link Elements with ML Transactions;

Please let me know if I have not understood the situation presented by the system;

Thanks for the help extended;

Satya
