Documentation required for Migrating Open Production Orders [ECC to S/4] with Partial Consumption

Objective is to migrate Open Production Order from ECC to S4 HANA. We can extract the Order header data and Migrate Production Orders from Standard Master Data object in "Migrate your Data" Fiori App. But the main Objective is to Validate the below points.

1. BOM Components along with Qty of Old ECC Order with the BOM Components of New Orders in S/4 Hana. Challenge here is that Variant configuration is in place so unable to compare RESB and STPO tables.

2. Partially Confirmed Data of Operation from ECC order to S/4 HANA.
