Document type restriction to specific role

Hi,

We need to give the restriction with Document type to specific role

AA document type we need to assign only ZACG1_S105 role.

We had completed the settings as mentioned below.

1. Create a new Authorisation group - F_BKPF_BLA - ZAAT

2. Assigned to Document type - OBA7  for AA doc type

3. In PFCG role ZACG1_S105 we had assigned ZAAT as below screen shot.

Not working user can able to post the KR document type.

Dear Pillari,

Please check the KBA note I have mentioned.
And which authorization group is maintained in OBA7 for document type AA. If it is the authorization groups maintained in the rule created in PFCG, then they have all authorization, If it is different value like BBBB which is dfifrent with both authoriztion group you have defined in rule, then you will get error.
You can also debug to check the return code.
