Document split during clearing

Hi

We have s4hana and we use the document splitting functionality.

During clearing when clearing for example bank gl account, there are many line items in the clearing document because of the splitting. Can we do something so the documents splitting will not work for clearing documents?

Hi,

You can't exempt a document from split mechanism. What you can do is to play with the category of splitting for the document type and/or for G/L accounts in question.

Having said by Eli, you can't exempt/exclude a document from the document splitting mechanism.

The only way is the item category of GL accounts and document type set up that you can control and play with the document splitting.
