Document not shown in Generic Object Sevices on delivery item level

Hi all,

using ArchiveLink we have a reference to a document in the Archive-System. The link is on item level in the delivery. We see an entry in Link-Table TOA02 and can access the archived document using transaction OAER.

The document was created using output control on item level. Customizing of output type and Archive link seem ok.

But we cannot access the document from delivery item level, it is not shown in the Generic Object Sevices (Attachment list).

What is missing?

What have you already checked?

• If this the only case,  check your OAC3 current settings
• Otherwise, check your OAG1 current settings.
• Also check for authorization failures

(Read KBA to identify Business object type)

If the problem is more widespread, look for OSS notes suitable for your version.

• 3116801 - GOS services are disabled in display mode after system upgrade
• 2433809 - 'Services for Object' not displayed in Delivery

Thanks for your response. But ArchiveLink customizing looks ok and there is no authorization issue. GOS is working on header level, so the delivery document is shown in attachment list on header level.
