Can you please follow the details from the following KBA to avoid the error 3377245 - Document type && is not relevant for any VAT registers - Italy S/4HANA Cloud

It is recommended to use Italy specific Document Types as they are correctly mapped to VAT registers and tax codes and in compliance with legal requirements in Italy.
