Document Info Record (DIR) Attachments issue

We have 1 DIR where it has 3 attachments. attachments contains the assembly file. There is an integration between Creo elements and SAP. User is trying to access assembly file through Creo element but he is not able to open it. There is no issue with integration. while trying to access the attachments from SAP, we are getting error like - File can not be created. Seems like a data issue with the attachments. we tried to reach to the owner of DIR but he has left the organization. now user is not able to open that assembly file. How to rectify this issue ?

regarding issues when you have problems displaying files in a document info record I would recommend to take a look at the application log data in transaction SLG1. Here you can do a selection with the userID who has simulated the behavior before. 

At first sight it might look like everything is green but please expand the entries and also check the details. Another option is to use report DMS_KPRO_READ for the document info record and in its result you get listed all originals available and also a download button.
