Document flow status remains open in Advanced Returns Management

Hello everyone,

I am currently working in an S4/HANA system and I have the following process:

• Create a RE2 sales order with reference to a OR sales order for item 10 let's say
• Select Follow-Up Activity 0007( Direct Shipment to Vendor ) so the stock is not posted in our inventory
• After saving the document, the following documents are created automatically in the returns overview:

And also this is how the processing status looks like:

As of right now, the process is successful but one curious thing happens when I check the Document Flow in VA02:

As you can see, the status is still Open even though the whole process is finished. Do you have any ideas as to why this might happen what should I look into? I want the status to be completed or at least not open.
