Is there any automation archive function for the change logs in system? For example, there are lots of Output record created when sales order is changed. Our customer is concerning will the system out of storage space due to these log files.
Request clarification before answering.

The Sales Documents can be archived using SD_VBAK in S/4HANA Cloud

If you want to archive sales documents, you can use archiving object SD_VBAK.
For every archiving run, the system checks in the background if all general prerequisites are fulfilled. More info here : Archiving Sales Documents Using SD_VBAK
If you want to archive billing process documents (that is, billing documents, preliminary billing documents, billing document requests, or invoice lists), you can use archiving object SD_VBRK. When you archive billing documents or preliminary billing documents, associated data such as output items (including referenced output documents) is also archived automatically.

You can use this archiving object with ILM object SD_VBRK & SD_VBAK as part of SAP Information Lifecycle Management.
