Hello Team,
Could you please help us incase this is a known issue that SSAM is not able to attach documents from onedrive.
Below is how the filename is extracted which is not the actual filename but rather a path of the document to onedrive. once we synchronise we get Filename is invalid error.
Document attachments are fine from the local gallery .
Any suggestions on how to solve this?
