Document 100000000 does not exist in company code 4010 or has been archived

After posting in fb50, when I am trying to see the document , the system throws the error saying

"Document 100000000 does not exist in company code 4010 or has been archived"

For this error I have check the Doc. No., fiscal year variant and posting period variant. On all the three spaces everything look fine but still system throws error .

anyone Please help me....

Sometimes it could occurs due missed memory in the system. After post by FB50 go to menu document-> display. If you have this message go back F3 and execute again. It usualy works.

Anyway go to table BKPF and enter document number and company code to check if it was created properly.

FI Document: List of Update Terminations

Description

This program provides information on terminated postings which should have been made using the "Post document" function (function module POST DOCUMENT). It also takes into account postings which reached the FI application from other applications.

It does not take into account terminated postings arising from clearing without posting (clearing of line items which belong together without writing a clearing document, CLEAR_DOCUMENTS module).

These and other terminated postings can be analysed under Terminated Postings Display (transaction SM13) using the function "Display data".

This program thus enables all assigned document numbers to be continuously documented. It also documents the most important information contained in documents which have not been posted.

The list is divided into three parts:

•     Information per document
•       Document header fields
•       Fields per line item (account, posting keys, amounts, taxes)
•       Items to be cleared (document numbers)
•     Statistics
