Business is planning to use the option for all possible reports like GL line-item report, Supplier line items, customer line items, etc. Do we have an option in Public cloud to schedule a report and send to specific mail id

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud provides robust reporting capabilities for various business needs, including General Ledger (GL) line-item reports, supplier line items, and customer line items. However, the ability to schedule reports and automatically send them to specific email addresses is subject to certain limitations and available features.

Standard SAP S/4HANA Cloud Capabilities

1. Export and Email Integration

• Many standard reports, such as the GL line-item report, allow users to export results to Excel and offer some level of email integration directly from the SAP Fiori interface. This means users can manually send report outputs via email after exporting them.

2. Scheduling Reports

• Direct scheduling and emailing of reports to external email addresses is not natively supported for all report types in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The system is designed to encourage users to access real-time analytics and dashboards directly within the system, rather than relying on scheduled email distributions. 3. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Integration
