Distribution unit is STD in cproject instead of Hours

Hello, 

I created an item and then saved the project by selecting a project template. 

The distribution unit in the project template is Hours

When i create the project in reference to an item and select this project template, the unit is STD stunde in german which mean hours. 

Please, how can i change this to Hours ? 

I tried to change the unit in override default setting but it does not work
