Distribution – field formula = YA divided equaly is blank after using cockpit migration.

The field formula = YA divided equaly is missing to fill in the file and the program leave blank, but this is a big problem because the condition was wrong and the object cash flow is not created.

Is this an cockpit migration error program?

Cash flow is not generated when the migrated condition lacks a calculation or distribution formula.

The Migration Cockpit might display the formula field as blank even if it exists, so the contract remains the ultimate source of truth.

How to Fix the Error

Verify in app Contract Management (F5273) → Conditions.

• If the formula YA – divided equally is present, regenerate cash flow.
• If it is missing, proceed to the next step

Reload the condition using the latest Migration Cockpit template, ensuring the formula column is completed like YA. Save the contract and regenerate cash flow.

If the formula still does not transfer, raise an incident with CA-GTF-MIG (Migration Cockpit) or RE-FX-CN-2CL Contract S4 HANA Public Cloud and attach one sample contract along with the CSV/XML used.

RE-FX creates cash flow only when conditions are complete. A missing formula makes the condition incomplete, so no cash flow is generated.
