Display changed field records by 'Display Changes to Objects'?

Hello, everyone

I have activated Business Event Logging.

But when I change the relevant documents, I can only see my change time and document name, and cannot display which fields I have specifically changed, as well as their new and old values, which is inconsistent with the introduction of the app.

Do these fields need to be configured? How can I record field changes?
